Interpretation and Definitions

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below. The following definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.

• Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote.
• Application refers to LOOTFALL, the software program provided by the Company.
• Company refers to Demonfork.
• Country refers to: Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.
• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a session).
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data. We do not collect direct identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. If you choose to use Google Play Games sign-in, we may process the unique Player ID provided by Google for account recovery and anti-cheat.

In-Game Identifier (Commander ID). We assign a pseudonymous in-game identifier (for example, commander12345) that is stored in your savegame and sent to our servers to power multiplayer features like global event messages (such as “entered the dungeon” or “defeated a boss”). This identifier is not linked to your real-world identity.

Gameplay Data. We do not upload your full save data. We may receive limited gameplay events needed for multiplayer features, moderation, and security (for example, recent event logs). The Service does not allow players to submit their own chat messages.

Device Information. We may collect limited device information such as manufacturer (e.g., Samsung), model, operating system version, screen resolution, and language/locale settings. This information is used to improve compatibility, detect cheating, and enhance security. When you use online features (including coupon redemption and chat), our server logs may also receive your IP address for security and rate-limiting. We never collect sensitive identifiers such as phone numbers, contact lists, or your device’s IMEI.

Use of Your Data

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor usage.
• To operate multiplayer features such as automated global event messages that may be visible to other players.
• To process coupon redemptions and apply rewards.
• To submit leaderboard scores via Google Play Games.
• To link your leaderboard activity to your Google Play Games account (using only the unique Player ID provided by Google, not your email address).
• To detect, prevent, and investigate cheating, fraud, or abuse and to enforce our rules.
• For the performance of a contract, including purchases or other agreements concluded through the Service.
• To attend and manage your requests to us.

Third-Party Services We May Use

We use Google Play Services / Google Play Games Services for leaderboards. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Sharing Your Personal Information

• With Service Providers: to monitor and analyze use of the Service or to contact you.
• For business transfers: in connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition.

• With business partners: to offer certain products, services, or promotions.
• With other users: your Commander ID and automated event messages triggered by gameplay may be visible to other players in public areas of the Service.
• With your consent: for any other purpose you consent to.

Retention

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy and to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Chat and event logs are kept only for as long as needed for gameplay, moderation, and security, and are then deleted or anonymized where appropriate. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to improve security or functionality, or when longer retention is legally required.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed at our operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved are located. This means data may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers outside your jurisdiction where data-protection laws may differ. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place before such transfers occur.

Delete Your Personal Data

You may request deletion of Personal Data we hold about you. The Service may allow you to delete certain information from within the app. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you have provided. We may retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so (for example, to prevent fraud or comply with law).

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your data becomes subject to a different policy.

Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)

We process Personal Data when one or more of the following applies: (i) you have given consent; (ii) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you; (iii) compliance with a legal obligation; (iv) our legitimate interests (for example, operating, securing, and improving the Service) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
