Who we are. LOOTFALL (the “Application” or “Service”) is published by Demonfork (Leon Klostermann) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to the LOOTFALL mobile application and to pages we host on the lfk.codes domain (the “Website”).
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below. The following definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.
- Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
- Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote.
- Application refers to LOOTFALL, the software program provided by the Company.
- Company refers to Demonfork.

- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.

- Service refers to the Application.

Types of Data Collected
Personal Data - we do not collect personal data of you.
Gameplay Data. To enable features such as cloud saves, cross-device play, and cheat prevention, the Application may upload your in-game save data (including information such as unlocked heroes, items, gold, dungeon progress, and similar gameplay-related statistics) to our secure servers. This data does not include information that directly identifies you outside the game.
Device Information. We may collect limited device information such as manufacturer (e.g., Samsung), model, operating system version, screen resolution, and language/locale settings. This information is used to improve compatibility, detect cheating, and enhance security. We never collect sensitive identifiers such as phone numbers, contact lists, or your device’s IMEI.
Use of Your Data
- To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor usage.
- To store your gameplay progress and make it available across sessions or devices (cloud save).
- To link your gameplay progress to your Google Play Games account for anti-cheat and account recovery purposes (using only the unique Player ID provided by Google, not your email address).
- For the performance of a contract, including purchases or other agreements concluded through the Service.
- To attend and manage your requests to us.
Third-Party Services We May Use
We may use trusted services that process limited data on our behalf, such as Google Play Services, Google Play Games Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and similar providers. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Retention
We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy and to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to improve security or functionality, or when longer retention is legally required.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed at our operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved are located. This means data may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers outside your jurisdiction where data-protection laws may differ. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place before such transfers occur.
Delete Your Personal Data
You may request deletion of Personal Data we hold about you. The Service may allow you to delete certain information from within the app. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you have provided. We may retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
